The Annual General Meeting of the ICTST (Inverness Caledonian Thistle Supporters Society Limited) will take place in the Tulloch Caledonian Stadium, Inverness at 7.00 on Thursday 19th January 2012.

Following the AGM it is hoped that there will be a Meet the Management Forum, and this part of the meeting will be open to members and non-members alike.  It is hoped that this will commence at around 7.45pm.

There is a proposal going before the AGM to amend the model rules of the Trust in order to simplify some of our processes.  This proposal states that:

"The Trust wishes to replace the existing Society Rules and all amendments thereto with the new Model Rules for a Supporters Community Mutual (2011 Version)” excluding the Asset Lock Option, together with all attaching Policies and Standing Orders."
