'Still' A Night to Remember
santr_300The Inverness Caledonian Thistle Supporters Trust has today announced its plans to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the most famous game in the club’s history.  On February 8th 2000, Caley Thistle travelled to Glasgow to take on Celtic in a Scottish Cup tie at Parkhead.  The Highlanders returned home with a 3-1 win after one of the biggest shocks ever seen in Scottish football.

The Trust is organising a gala event at the New Drumossie Hotel on Saturday, February 6th 2010 to celebrate the game’s 10th anniversary.  It will provide fans with the opportunity to enjoy fine food while reliving the key moments from the game and hearing the thoughts of some of those who played a decade ago.

Commenting, Trust Chairman, David Sutherland said, “This will be a great event.  Invitations are going out to everybody who featured in the game and we already know that many hope to be there.  Any fan of Caley Thistle will not want to miss it.”
