The ICTST board has issued this statement on April 24th 2008
Following the recent statement issued by the Orion Group on behalf of former ICTFC Chairman, Alan Savage, the Supporters’ Trust has received a number of approaches from members expressing concern about recent events.
We have today spoken to new ICTFC Chairman, George Fraser, who has agreed to meet representatives of the Supporters’ Trust during the coming week.
As the Supporters’ Trust holds 10% enhanced voting rights in ICTFC, we need to take very seriously our responsibilities towards our members who, together with our board, are understandably alarmed by recent developments.
